Service Description: One-year NXT4 Life Training Contract

Payment Terms: With the agreed one year membership payment, the Client will receive a 10% discount on the standard rate when paid in full.

Payment Due Date: The full payment will be billed today but won't officially start until your next autopay date.

By signing below, the Client agrees to the following terms:

1. Payment Obligation: The Client agrees to pay the full amount (or split amount) for one (1) year of service with NXT4 Life Training on the date specified above.

2. Service Period: This agreement entitles the Client to one (1) year of access to gym classes provided by NXT4 Life Training.

3. No Holds Policy: Please note there are no holds on this agreement except for medical or emergency reasons.

4. Refund Policy: There are no refunds once the payment is made.

5. Acknowledgment: The Client acknowledges and understands the agreement to these terms.
